You recognize that your life is going to be going through some drastic changes. It may just be good enough for some people to ride these changes through, but not you. You want to take full advantage and come out better then ever on the other side. That may be what’s attracting you towards New Type Techniques. In this article, you’re going to get a lesson on the core underlining structure of New Type Techniques, the 3 Foundations of of Self-Improvement.

Why Foundations?

The 3 Foundations serve as a road, paved to direct you towards your destination with ease. Your destination being how you want your life to be – because of course me and you don’t just settle for what’s given to us unless it’s exactly what we want. Anytime a person comes to me with a problem, the first thing I look towards is which of these 3 Foundations they are hung up on. For you, it could be one or all three. Hopefully just one! Understanding these though will allow you to know where you are hung up on and use the appropriate New Type Techniques to help you get what you want.

What are the Foundations?

The 3 Foundations are Beliefs, Behaviors, and Expectations. Beliefs relating to your past, Behaviors you present, and Expectations your intended future. Although we’re not going to get into specificity details in THIS article, there are specific techniques that work within each of these Foundations. Right now it’s just best to take our time and get the core of New Type Techniques first before we jump into learning new techniques.

Change your past Beliefs – What you believe based on your past learning.

The first Foundation is Beliefs. These are the accumulation of what you think is real based on your past learning. A person’s beliefs can make the world a bright and beautiful place or a dark and dismal place. What are your beliefs bringing you? I’m going to guess that for the most part they are bringing you success in most of your life. You apparently have at minimum the belief that you can improve – that things can get better – which some people don’t! You’re on the right track in that sense. Depending on other Beliefs, you may be having difficulty in some areas of your life.

Lets look at a past client names Susanne who sat across from me with the desire to have a healthier relationship then the one she was having. After doing a short New Type Technique, she recognized that she had beliefs that men could not be trusted. Because she held a Belief like that, on a Subconscious Level, she acted accordingly which made or crappy relationships. She kept inviting men into her life that helped her prove her Belief correctly and treated all the other guys the same way as well.

Beliefs are self-proving. If you think something is true, accurate, and real it’s natural to go out of your way to prove it to yourself. You find ways to make it real and anything that goes against your belief is automatically thrown out.

There are several ways of changing your beliefs though, so don’t sweat it. Lots of people would try to con you into believing that Beliefs are unchangeable, but that’s simply just a different limiting Belief. Those are the people who would completely ignore New Type Techniques such as the Belief Slide or the Step-in Technique.

Change your current Behaviors – The automatic thoughts, feelings, and actions you do unconsciously.

When you think about your day, you’ll probably notice that many of your days happen very much the same way. From the little things – such as putting your pants on – to the big things such as picking a partner. Your life, in general, is about 90% pattern. What you think, feel inside, and do on a daily basis is called your Behavior.

If you’ve ever heard that you have to change what you do to get different results, that’s completely right. If you want to improve your life then change the things you think and do… but is it really that simple? It is when you use specific techniques that work to change your Behaviors.

Behaviors start in your mind and manifest into your actions. What you think translates into feelings and emotions, which in tern becomes actions. This is what the subject of many self-improvement books are all about. When you effectively change your thoughts, your actions follow automatically in the same suit.

Affirmations are just one of many ways a person can change their thoughts. Affirmations are not the most effective means though, that is why they don’t always work or take a very long time to work. Affirmations work in the sound/audio portion of your brain and techniques that activate the feeling or visual portion may be much more effective for you. When you repeat affirmations to yourself daily, it can cause you to visualize your desires. If you are a visual type person then it would make sense to use a more effective technique that works primarily in the visual area of your brain.

New Type Techniques that help to change your behavior include Automatic Rehearsal, Step-In Technique, and Laugh at it All.

Change your future Expectations – What you think is going to happen or happens as a result.

Your expectations are future decisions made today. Whatever your future expectation is, you fill in the actions to get you from where you are today to being at your destination. Diving into and properly utilizing your Expectations are like setting an autopilot for your life – or just one specific activity if you like.

Setting your Expectation is like being in your kitchen and picking up a glass of cool water. You just think in your mind about picking up the water, and your body goes to work. You lift your upper arm and your lower arm. You attention may be focused on your hand. Your fingers open automatically and your hand moves forward. The inside of your hand touches the glass and your fingers close tightly.

You notice how cool the cup is as it lists directly off the table. Simultaneously you entire body turns to your left. The water tilts very slightly in the glass as your palm lifts the glass upward towards your face and your mouth opens now with expectation.

You’re now learning about how Expectations work. Setting your Expectations creates the very same process on a larger scale. When you know for sure, completely certain that you will have an intended outcome, you fulfill it automatically over time.

One specific New Type Technique that works in this area is the Certainty Drive.

Fix your Foundations

You just learned the 3 Foundations to Self-Improvement. Depending on which of these three areas you need the most help in, you will use specific New Type Techniques to improve. Your weakness may be in your Beliefs, Behaviors, or Expectations. Which one do you need help in the most? For help look to your phone, website, or Facebook and contact me. There is a waiting list for personal sessions with me so you can also sign up with me free Online Magazine at JustinKunst.com.

In linguistics there’s a distinction called nominalization. Nominalization is where you take a process and you describe it as if it’s an event or a thing. In this way you utterly confuse those around you, and yourself—unless you remember that it is a representation rather than experience. This can have positive uses. If you happen to be a government, you can talk about nominalizations like “national security” and you can get people to worry about those words. Our president just went to Egypt and changed the word “imperative” to the word “desirable” and suddenly we’re friends with Egypt again. All he did was change a word. That’s word magic.

The word “resistance” is also a nominalization. It’s describing a process as a thing without talking about how it works. The earnest, concerned, authentic therapist in the last dialogue would describe the client as being callous and insensitive, so totally out of touch with his feelings that he could not communicate effectively with him. That client was really resistant.

And the client would be out looking for another therapist because that therapist needed glasses. He had absolutely no perspective at all. He couldn’t see eye to eye with him at all!

And they would both be right, of course.

Authors of "Frogs into Princes", Richard Bandler & John Grinder

Now, is there anyone here who hasn’t yet identified the pattern that we’re talking about? Because it really was the beginning point for us. Woman: Ah, in the last dialogue the client was using visual words like “look, see, show, focus, perspective.” And the therapist was using feeling words like “grasp, handle, feel, smooth, rough.”

Right. And there are also some people who use mostly auditory words: “I hear what you’re saying,”"That rings a bell,”"I can resonate with that,” etc. What we noticed is that different people actually think differently, and that these differences correspond to the three principal senses: vision, hearing, and feeling—which we call kinesthetics.

Influencing family members towards good health will create benefits for the both of you.

Influencing family is important for your overall health success. It can be difficult to improve your life when the people closest to you prefer the old ways of living. This becomes obvious when you are eating healthier and no one supports your goal. It can be especially difficult when the people closest to you try to undermine your efforts.

In this article you’re going to learn how influencing family members can be easy. You’re going to learn a “question approach” to influence that’s subtle and non-intrusive. At the bottom of this article is a powerful 30 minute live call we recorded on influencing family members with this powerful “question approach”.

You can’t make anyone do stuff against their will. That old saying is actually right, yet the word “will” is a profoundly flexible idea. The key to influencing family members is to learn how to bend and modify their will over time.

One of the great things about influencing family is that you have a captured audience. You see your subjects almost every day, multiple times a day. This opens up the realm of long-term behavioral adjustment. When combined with a natural rapport you get the ability to deeply influence a person’s values and will.

Influence a family member’s will by having them identify with some small part of the behavior you want. Once they’re established the identification, you can then feed it back to them, amplify it, and eventually challenge them to defend it.

Your first goal in influencing family is to get a small agreement.

Start with a small agreement

An example could be that you want your teenage son to eat more vegetables. Your first main is to get him to agree, even slightly, to “eating vegetables is good”. You can do this by asking him about his must athletic friends or role models. You can get him talking about other family members who you know eats vegetables. Once you build his train of thought towards their eating habits, ask the question “What do you think makes that person eat vegetables?”

If you are having an extremely hard time, polarize the conversation by asking about people who are in extremely poor health. Get him talking about all the BAD things that person is doing and then ask him what may be able to help him. If you don’t get the answer you want, keep probing and directing the conversation until you do.

Your second goal in influencing family members is to feed and grow the agreement.

Once you’ve established the idea that “eating vegetables is good”, it’s time to expand on the idea within his mind. Do that by asking questions that make him think more specifically about vegetables.

“Why would a person want to eat vegetables?” – A: Because of the fiber.

“What makes you want to have more fiber?” – A: Probably because it keeps me pooping!

“Why would you want to keep pooping?” – A: Because it keeps me healthy.

And other questions that feed back his answers and get him more specific about the benefits of vegetables.

By asking these questions, you’re making your son expand on that area of thought, literally feeding and growing the idea in his mind.

When you are influencing family members, growing familiarity will help them move TOWARDS.

Just a review, the number one thing that directs a person towards or away from an action/idea/object is familiarity. Additionally, the second most important factor is the internal representation of the action/idea/object in their mind. Influencing family members’ internal representational systems often require more participation on their part and will be covered another time.

Your third goal in influencing family is to have them personally identify with the agreement.

Once you have directed your son’s train of thought towards agreeing that vegetables are good, the next step in influencing family is to have them personally identify with the agreement. In our example, the easiest way to do this is to make you son defend his agreement! Start to challenge his statements.

“You said you want to be healthy for when you have kids. Haha, are you sure? Why would you are about that?”

“You said you don’t want to be fat. Do you really not want to be a fatty?”

“Yeah right (sarcastically), you don’t like vegetables!”

With these subtle challenges to his statements, he defends them and becomes more attached to them. He will want to prove to you that he is right, naturally, and do so with story and example.

Few more tips for influencing family members towards good health.

When influencing family members, keep a long term mindset for success.

Take your time, if you don’t achieve the results you want this time there will always be a next time. Your family members are a captured audience. It might seem disparaging at times when someone you love talks about or does something you know is harmful. Remember that the victory is in the war, not the battle.

While influencing family members, keep in conversational.

Set up the conversation with a personal story, or talking about something that happened in the news. While asking questions, agree and fill in with a personal story. Change the subject of the conversation and then bring it back. The key to influencing family is to just be yourself, but with a strategy and an outcome in mind.

When influencing family, it’s all about them, not you.

They key is not to insert YOUR opinions, but to instead pull out from within THEM the thoughts and actions you want more of. By simply asking “What are your favorite foods?” and LISTENING, you can pull out and ask questions about the foods that are on the healthier side of the scale. Asking the right questions and feeding the answers back is the number one subtle way towards influencing family.

Hello everyone, my name is Justin Kunst and lets explore together the fascinating world of conversational hypnosis.

Just as it suggests, conversational hypnosis is using your words to bring forth your will in others. Using conversational hypnosis makes you compelling and convincing to others. Mastering conversational hypnosis makes you nearly irresistible.

Don’t agree with me though. You must think carefully for yourself about conversational hypnosis.

In your everyday interactions with others there are people who naturally steer and dominate whoever they interact with. They have a natural force about them, a strength that gives them a seemingly automatic authority over others. This is a learned trait, a trait that has been picked up over time – a trait that can be LEARNED by others, just like us.

Conversational hypnosis allows us to direct and pilot a conversation. Through your words, questions, and even non-verbal action you can steer people to think in your chosen way. You can determine bring about the result you want from any meeting or chat. Your new control over others will be accepted as intuitive leadership and strait-forward ability.

Many people use conversational hypnosis in their job. People can implant an idea for receiving an upcoming highly paid promotion. You can use the push of language patterns to persuade a stubborn superior to let you off early or overlook mistakes. You can govern over your boss with all of your intentions entirely concealed.

The authority hypnosis gives you makes others tune in and consider carefully what you say. Using hypnosis you connect and make others heed your personal opinion. You make any man or woman entertain any outrageous idea you suggest. Your words will cause people to value your opinion and happily follow you.

Often a person uses conversational hypnosis in courting or within their relationship. We both know who is commonly accepted as the dominant role in a relationship. Since you were very young you were encouraged to be subdued, even encouraged to be passive if your partner undermines you. If you can realize that then you are deserving of something better. You are excellent for not letting others push or press you any more.

You are worthy of learning conversational hypnosis. The best way to learn conversational hypnosis is with a professional course. On this page are reviews of the best conversational hypnosis courses. Click on the best one for you and purchase it to begin your training in conversational hypnosis. After this video continue to the reviews below.

Some people complain that having authority over others is wrong. The truth is that those fragile individuals as ASKING to be dominated. Their view of the world is that of powerlessness. They do not wish to have sway or direction over others, so they assume no one should have that capacity. The truth is that if everyone was as weak as them, we would all be helpless.

Do not let their imaginary view of the world prevent you from the ability and intensity you desire in life. If you are the TYPE OF PERSON who can rise to the dominant role then accept what you are worthy of. If you are the breed of person who can accept the ability to be persuasive over others then I applaud you right now. I congratulate you for being the sort of person who who affirms control in life.

Below are the most renown conversational hypnosis courses. I have reviewed each of these popular mind control systems from top to bottom. The standard is based on my experiences with each of the courses. Each of these esteemed courses are displayed starting with the best. Your opinion may be the same as mine, or it may be different. You know what features you like the most. Decide which is the right course for you after you read below.

First Place: Covert Hypnosis Exposed

by Igor Ledochowski

What I like most about his course is that the creator, Igor Ledochowski, studied directly from the material of Dr. Milton Erickson. Because of this, Igor has a large amount of authority in the area of conversational hypnosis. Igor is awed by many because he really tuned in and adopted the teachings of the most powerful hypnotist ever known. If Dr. Erickson released a course of his own, I’m sure it would be very similar to this.

The creator of Covert Hypnosis Exposed is accepted as the dominant expert in the field of mind control. Igor Ledochowski first begin learning how to manipulate the mind while in school for his law degree. He began studying Ericksonian Hypnosis in 1999 – more then a decade ago. With his success in mind control and conversational hypnosis he left the rigid field of law and began working with other hypnotists.

This is not the first course Igor released. In 2002 he released an earlier course and also wrote the book “Deep Trance Training Manual Vol. 1”. He then spent several years studying under various hypnotists before releases this updated course recently.

Second Place: Underground Hypnosis

Unlink the previous review, Taylor Starr is a virtual unknown in the hypnosis community. Still, this did not prevent him from releasing one powerful course. Taylor has a very direct manor to him that many people, just like me, will appreciate. He doesn’t fool around with stories or fluff talk. You’ll get the fast and hard approach to conversational hypnosis.

This course is not nearly as complete as many of our other reviews. This course came in second though because of how refined and effective the approach is. Undergound Hypnosis only covers the more direct and effective mind control tactics, what Mr. Starr calls Black Ops Hypnosis. It also costs less then most other covert language courses which is a plus.

Here’s a breakdown of what’s included in the course:

CD 1: Underground hypnosis exposed – Interview. How Black Ops Hypnosis works. What you can do with the information.

CD 2: Roots of covert control – The 4 major covert language patterns. How to use persuasion techniques unnoticed. Personal programming techniques for success.

CD 3: Controlled environment hypnosis – How to do formal hypnosis. More tips for covert hypnosis and persuasion.
Content Overview: 3 CDs and Workbooks

NOTE: For an additional $20 you can get the Master’s Edition which includes an another 5 CDs, 3 workbooks, and 3 hypnosis books. Check site for details.

Third Place: Ultimate Conversational Hypnosis

by Steve G. Jones

Are you surprised that Steve G. Jones created a conversational hypnosis course? Steve Jones is one of the most published hypnotists currently alive. The man has written almost two dozen books on hypnosis including Hypnotherapy Inductions and Deepening, Hypnotic Sales Mastery, and How to Lose Weight with Hypnosis. They guy has created over 2,500 hypnosis audios. He has certainly solidified his position as a true hypnosis master.

In his Ultimate Conversational Hypnosis course Steve G. Jones utilizes Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques (NLP) for persuasion. NLP was created by studying some of the greatest therapists and communicators alive during the 1970s. The result was a series of powerful techniques for changing the ways people think.

This course includes techniques not found anywhere else. The techniques are explained very well and in a structured manor. I was disappointed in the course though. For all the content presented I didn’t get very much out of it. Many of the same techniques were just covered over and over again. Although this course included tips for practicing it lacks a module with practive drills and reinforcing the techniques.

Don’t let that deter you though. If you are also interested in learning NLP this will be a great course for you.

Today I saw a large number of hits on my perseverance page, so I picked up my trusty Webster’s Standard Dictionary and expanded my definition of the word. What caught my eye more then anything was the world Determination. What an awesome word. Determination is very similar to perseverance, but implies a different feeling of strength.

Perseverance is more of an outward action while determination implies the inward feeling that drives perseverance.

Derived from the word determine – to set bounds; to render a decision; to reach a conclusion after study and consideration.

To take that verb and make it into a noun = determination. A set and locked process of actively determining. You can also say to continue to determine.

The first definition is to set bounds. How can you apply determination in your life by setting bounds? Think about: Your relationships, your career, your hobbies, and your friends. Also consider your time, energy, and health? How can you apply some determination in the context of setting bounds? Now consider the same with rendering a decision and reaching a conclusion after study and consideration. Applying this deeper thought of determination into your health alone can create major improvements in your life.

Lets explore determination on Twitter!

#entrepreneurship requires 1 ton of vision, 2 tons of patience, 3 tons of dedication and 5 tons of determination. Have fun #entrepreneurs! – @rvs19

God’s love is not wearied by our sins & is relentless in its determination that we be cured at whatever cost to us or Him – @CSLewisDaily

My cousin is persistent with her sketching. She has determination and it makes me happy that she is getting better. #Struggle is nothing. – @NicoliMitchell

Let us not be content to wait and see what will happen, but give us the determination to make the right things happen. Peter Marshall – @scorpiocam

“Decision and determination are the engineer and fireman of our train to opportunity and success” #quote – @tinkerb3l

ambition + determination = a great start to success. – @Robtweetsthings

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence…Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.” Calvin Coolidge – @thechoicedriven

Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius are associated with stabilization, determination, depth and persistence. – @HeartbreakerMF

I find it difficult to tell myself that i cant when i havent even tried..and if i try and fail..i’ll reevaluate and return #determination – @GILLY_ROYAL

“The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination.” Tommy Lasorda – @tamaramorton

Great power lies in the words you use the most. Words are like the lines on a ruler. They determine the boundaries of your life. Your vocabulary=the amount of understand you have of the world. It may sound silly to someone who doesn’t know otherwise. As an example, you would not know what a rocket is if you did not have a word for it. Even if you were to conceptualize it, you could not determine the different parts of a rocket without at least having a word that symbolized the rocket.

Expand your life, learn more about determination.

In the last few weeks I’ve been studying a great amount of material by Milton Erickson. In this study I have noticed that he used one particular technique a great deal. This technique, also, is one of the core technique used in nero-linguistic programming.

Erickson will have a client see a movie screen and see past traumatic experiences on it, as if watching a cinema movie.

In a hypnotic state they can comment on the scenes viewed, allowing the client to understand it in a new way. Those who are familiar with NLP will recognize that as the visual kinesthetic dissociation pattern.

Was the NLP pattern modeled after Erickson? No, it is well known that the V-K diss pattern was defined from modeling phonics who overcame their past phobias.

I believe this insight reinforces the power of NLP in conjunction with hypnotherapy as a tool for personal change.

What are your opinions on the matter? Was Erickson unknowingly using NLP?

In preparing for a presentation in December, I’ve begun doing research into dealing with resistance in Hypnosis. I’ve been reading a great book by Jay Haley called Uncommon Therapy. It is an insight into the therapeutic approaches of Milton Erickson. The book is amazing, focusing not on the hypnotic inductions used by Erickson but instead the therapeutic approach he would use within hypnosis and family therapy.

One main message in this book is that the line between effective hypnosis and effective therapy is rather blurred. What you do with the client once in hypnosis is very similar to what you do with a client outside of hypnosis.

In the first chapter, he talks about main approaches that would be used quite often by Erickson, which include:

Symptom Utilization

Encouraging Resistance

Providing a Worse Alternative

Encouraging a Relapse

Encouraging a Response by Frustrating It

Amplifying a Deviation

In this article I will go over the first on the list, which is Symptom Utilization. Symptom Utilization includes the other 5 approaches and is important for any Hypnotist, Hypnotherapist, or therapist to understand.

When a client walks into your office with a problem, at the moment his entire world revolves around that problem. It is impossible to shift the client’s thinking without acknowledging the problem and using it in the therapeutic interaction. Even more, when you use the problematic response as an active part of the therapeutic change it will propel the client to respond quickly. Doing so otherwise would be, as Jay Haley puts it, like talking to a prisoner about freedom.

Symptom Utilization is a concept and the best way to understand it is to illustrate it.

If a client is a smoker, you can utilize that. Besides giving suggestions for the client to be a non-smoker, you tell the client to change brands of cigarettes. When they leave, the simple change in the pattern of smoking can be enough to help the client overcome any last bout of resistance.

I read in another book about Milton Erickson that a client came into is office wanting to stop smoking. After the session he told the client to put his matches in the attic and cigarettes in the basement. Each time he wanted to smoke it took such a great effort to run from the basement all the way to the attic that it was easier to just stop smoking.

He would also, when talking to a client, encourage a relapse on purpose. That is a way of using the symptom to reinforce choice over helplessness, and allow the client to decide on their own, for their own reason, why it’s better keeping with the change.

One of my favorite stories told by Erickson about symptom utilization pertains to his son. His son, only 3 years old, fell and split his lip open. Between yells of pain, Erickson said… “That must be the worse pain in the world. … It must feel like it’ll hurt for ever. … The pain may not go away anytime soon.” Then he turned to his wife, Betty, and said “But what I’m wondering is if the blood on the ground is a GOOD, STRONG, RED BLOOD?” He looked at his son and the sidewalk and said “I’m wondering if that blood there is GOOD, STRONG, RED BLOOD. I certainly hope that it’s GOOD, STRONG, RED BLOOD, don’t you think?” He then went on to bring his son inside, needing to see the blood on the white of the porceline sink to tell if it’s GOOD, STRONG, RED BLOOD and to see it it makes the right color of pink in water. Yes, it made the right color of pink in water and was good, strong, red blood.

In the above example, he met his son where his son was, in a world of pain. Then he directed his son’s attention to the question of if the blood was good, strong, red blood. Directing his attention away from the pain of his lip and towards the question of the characteristics of his blood.

How do you use Symptom Utilization in your practice, hypnosis or otherwise? Scroll below to leave a comment.

Recently I have been studying works by one of the greatest Hypnotherapist of the last 100 years. His name is Milton Erickson, and his therapeutic methods revolutionized medical hypnosis.

Hypnosis is best used to direct new choices, not take them away.

One point that I found absolutely fascinating is that Hypnosis for therapeutic change uses choice differently then other hypnotic modalities. While other methods may revolve around an authoritarian approach, hypnosis in therapy revolves more around a passive, yet guiding approach.

They paradigm of combining Hypnosis and therapy is that the client must follow your directions and at the same time make a spontaneous change. That seems in itself to be an oxymoron, how can a client follow your orders at still make a change on his or her own, in his or her own way?

What my recent studying has given me insight to is that most aspects of a client’s change (what, how, when, and why) must be the client’s choice. It is up to the hypnotherapist to facilitate and direct a client in the change, giving suggestions, and the client’s choice to take it or not.

Further into that, the hypnotherapist can direct a voluntary change, and then ask or expect an involuntary change. The Hypnotherapist can tell the client to close his eyes – then notice a comforting image coming into his mind. The artful use of direct and indirect suggestions becomes important now, knowing the difference and appropriate time to directly suggest an action verses allowing the client to decide to do it all on his own.

Long ago the authoritarian approach was the only known way of doing hypnosis.

“You are getting very sleepy, your eyes are heavy. You are going into a deep sleep, you no longer want to smoke now.”

While this is not bad, and works for a certain % of people who are ready to quit smoking right now and have chosen hypnosis as the method to make them quit smoking, it may not work for someone who will be quitting in the next few months. They may believe that the hypnotic session “didn’t work”.

The passive approach directs clients to make choices in their own fashion and way.

“You don’t have to pay attention to what is going on around you, you can bring your attention inward as you listen to me. You may notice that your body is slowly growing more relaxed, as you take time for yourself now. There is a part of you that desires to no longer smoke. Lets connect with that part of yourself and bring it up now.”

In the above induction and suggestion the client has choice as to where to bring their attention. They can bring it inwards or not, they can notice their body growing more relaxed or not. They can connect with the part of themselves that no longer wants to smoke, and that sets the stage for reinforcing that part and allowing them to see, feel, and think about themselves through that part.

There are a lot of crazy products on the market today for hair loss. In most cases, especially men, research shows that hair loss is genetic. There are contributing factors in your nutrition though that can help strengthen and promote hair regrowth. Biotin is one of these, essential for hair growth and many more functions. Supplementing your diet with biotin can promote the rate in which your hair grows and regrows.

Biotin – a B vitamin – is important for many body functions including hair growth.

Having a lack of biotin in your diet can make your hair thin, brittle, and fall out.

Research, even as far back as the 1940s, show that biotin promotes growth of both hair and healthy nails.

Supplementing 2,500 micrograms of biotin a day contributed to a 25% increase in nail thickness, the same can be expected for hair growth and health.

Biotin also increases natural scalp oils, helping protect hair follicles.

Supplement your diet with biotin or a multivitamin that includes biotin to improve overall hair growth.

Meals high in sugar contributes to decreasing motility – the contractions that take place in your intestines.

Most times when a meal is high in refined sugars or carbohydrates, it’s usually low in dietary fiber – essential for overcoming IBS.

When blood sugar rises too fast, normal intestinal contractions slows or even stops completely.

Excessive sugar also changes the internal bacteria flora – off balancing in favor of yeast.
